Why don't they just scrap the menu and just do specials every day? The chef/cook can see what is popular and add those dishes more regularly.

I would do that if I were them but there are some people that are always looking for pizza and burgers and if a place doesn't have that on their menu they just keep walking. It's odd but some people are strange I guess

Strange odd people everywhere that tend to have very little standards of quality in what they eat.
