Never heard of pledge 25 until you mention it. I started my blood donation when I was 16. I have donated not less than 30 times now as I can remember. There's an official record of 25 on the book, some are lost due to I forgot to bring the record book.

its ok if you can't donate. We all have our duty in our life, this happens to be my favorite thing to do 😂 painful, but endured it with delightful heart.
