Or, it could probably be just another Italian guy who can cooked ok, decided he wanna spend a fortune, open a restaurant in Viet, hire "the guy" and do the job so he can have vacation and find a beautiful Viet wife? The dish that you guys are having, is probably what the Google translator did to the Viet chef in the kitchen that having very much trouble understanding from a hand written Engleese by the Italian owner.

The nonbiodegradablebox is the ultimate weapon in SEA countries. Back in the days, when I was working in the steel factory, when we don't have a spoon and we're too short of time to go and wash our hands, that corner of the foldable cover will be peeled off and become a scope 🤣 I'm not saying we should, but those were the days that shit was way simpler and happier.

this is great intel coming from a local. Thanks buddy haha!

there was a day when Styrofoam was a good thing I guess. I know why people use it. One day i was in a Makro and a stack of 50 eco-friendly take-away containers were 20 times as expensive as the foam ones they were right next to.

Even though cheap foam boxes perform well practically, their long-term environmental impact is much more severe because they break down into indestructible microplastics that permanently pollute the environment. Eco-friendly containers are inherently better for the planet, provided your local waste management system actually processes them (i.e., composting facilities for bagasse/PLA or recycling centers for paper/plastics)
