Hello Asean Hive Community
I like fresh juice, maybe it is not I like, but more like I love fresh juice. During my childhood, I drank them a lot and almost had them everyweek. Recently I do not drink them frequently not because I get bored of them, it is just because of the price. They are not cheap at all.

Maybe for some people the definition of a fresh juice is simple, however I think it is not that simple for some South East Asian. Even in my place, Jakarta, there are people who can not differ Fresh Juice with some juices. They think fresh juice is just a juice that newly made and ready to be drink at that time.
Ok let me get this clear. Fresh Juice is a juice that is made directly from fruits or vegetable, either by squeezing, pressing, or blending them. They are not made from some concentrate and they are not diluted with some extra water or sugar water. Fresh juice has no additives and preservatives.
There are many street food juice stalls, and all of them are not fresh juice. They usually made a juice by diluting the fresh juice with sugar water or adding some syrup or concentrate. Why? to make it cheaper for sure, and the challenge of fresh juice is that if the fruits are not ripped or bad ones, the juice will be bad too.

There are a couple of reason why I love fresh juice. First because it helps maintain my health. I love sweet things, so I try my best not to drink sweet drinks lol. Luckily it works for me, because somehow I do not like to drink sweets.
Second, I have auto immune and other health issue, so I need to control sugar intake and I need to get as many vitamins from fruits. Fresh Juice supports that need. If I do not drink Fresh Juice, I could just eat the fruits anyway.

I know a convenience store near my house, and I frequently buy fresh juice there. They are not specialized in fresh juice, but actually they are selling fruits. They need to repackage the fruits into something else, before they get over ripped or get rotten.

They have this multitasking staff that she keeps picking which fruits that have to be turned to juice. She is very smart on it too. I took this shot when she started cutting fruits while weighting some eggs for other customers.

Some of those fruits won't be made into fresh juices. They sell those as fresh cuts or some fruits salad with extra spicy dressing. I think they do the smart thing here, they do not want to compete with the street food juice stall which will lead them to price war.
So which fresh juice I should get?

A few days ago I chose a mango fresh juice, because Mango was on sale. The promotion tags were all over the store. In my pictures above, you can see mango were everywhere. I prefer to get the most fruits available there, because that's a good situation to get a good fresh juice.
I do not want to go with fruits that is not on its season because usually it's near rotten ones and the taste would not be good.

That's my fresh juice, a mango one. Packing date at 9 November 2025. I wanted to make a post about it yesterday, but I had to take some off because I did not want to push my self too hard just to write here. I needed to rest badly.
Writing should be easy and fun and I feel today is the right day to get back on writing blogs again.
Ok that's my story today. Thank you for your visit here, have a good day and God Bless You all.
Thank you for coming and reading my post. I live in Jakarta, Ex-Capital City of Indonesia. I used to live by making money online, that's why I like being here, on HIVE, and in #PIMP - (Paper In My Pocket) community.
