Happy Thanksgiving Month Hivers 💝 Hope all is well with you and your family 🙂
I'm sharing with you one of my favorite breakfast which is the toasted bread. I like the texture of the toasted bread the crunchiness it has, it taste good in every bite. I am grateful for my very thoughtful and caring mom for this breakfast meals. My mom is very supportive in my change of diet, as you all know majority of the Filipinos are complaining about the price of the kilo of rice so I found a way to not become dependent of the Filipino staple food. Just few slices of bread is fine instead of rice on the plate.

Malunggay Pandesal with fried taco and toasts
Malunggay bread also tastes good, moringa has other names too ben oil tree, drumstick tree or horseradish tree is a nutritious vegetable ingredient added on the bread, it is gaining popularity in the Philippines now. There are many sellers who ride their motorcycle to sell Moringa bread that looks like a mini bakeshop on a ride.
The fried Taco on the other hand is also fine for breakfast. It comes with a sauce quite spicy. My breakfast is rich in carbohydrates.

Toasts with Congee and beans
Funny that there are times that my mom also finds a way for me to eat rice in a form of congee. Her sister visited us and was not feeling well so my mom prepared a congee for her and also included me even though I'm okay and I feel well. It's common in the Philippines to serve congee when someone is not feeling well in the family so in this case my aunt.
The pork and beans here can also serve as the filling for the toasted bread but I don't prefer it that way, I like to eat it separately, I just like the crunch of the toast.

Slices of roast chicken and toasted breads
Toast and slices of chicken doesn't seem to match at all but still I am grateful that I have something to eat for breakfast.

If you made it this far, thank you so much for sharing your time with me by reading my post. 💞
