it's basically eggs on toast with a creamy sauce. I don't actually know what hollodaise is, something that tastes good but I suppose it could be off putting to some.

I know there is a restaurant near where I live and they have a bunch of different variations of that dish. Along with the traditional type of course. It's across the river though, so we don't get over there too much.
