those are the best kinds of buffets. While I haven't seen one in a long time I do recall the USA Chinese buffet restaurants, it was just horrible food in that it was terribly bad for you. It would be years later that I would find out that Chinese people don't eat any of that shit. Not that they wouldn't but the whole idea of burying deep fried stuff under syrupy processed sauce isn't something the average Chinese villager aspires to. I'm sure they have their bad processed foods as well but Chinese food in USA isn't Chinese food.
