I think it is just a name, I should know more about this than I do. Donald of course is not a Vietnamese name but Trung could be a first name of surname. I don't know.. but there is also a Trump hotel here in town that has nothing to do with the real Trump so maybe it is just a fun copyright infringement that nobody cares enough about to do anything about it.
