Pho is a staple here and I'm glad you enjoyed it. My big problem with Pho is that unless you spice it up yourself with the stuff that they often leave on the table, it is a rather tasteless soup. But I did live in Thailand before I moved here and all of their soups are flavor explosions so maybe I have been spoiled.
