Haha, your $1 lunch saga is wild! I never thought of asking for chicken head from the soup or getting a free tempeh fritter. You really know how to make every meal count. Did you ever get something totally unexpected while trying to stick to the $1 limit?

I got scammed before, they changed the server and later when I paid it, the cashier/server asked for different price.

There was a case my friend and I ordered exactly the same thing, I got charged more expensive for no reason.

Some Rice hut here do not have exact fix price, some of them even charge based on the visitors outfit.
