I could imagine how yummy the cassava is. Cassava is my favorite and it’s my first time to hear your own version to cook cassava differently. In the picture , the plating is a breath of fresh air that indeed palatable looking. Maybe it taste crunchy but soft inside, mouthwatering, sweet and creamy and I could smell the tempting aroma of cassava.

The smell of fermented cassava is very sweet. Fermented cassava has little alcohol in it so it will warm your body when you consume it.
