I've had this before and to me it was so spicy that there could have been anything in there. I've had other jungle creatures to eat as well and it was overpowered by the chilis.

They stuff chilli everywhere they can: fresh, dried, powdered, all sorts, especially in the villages, where they go crazy with the spiciness of their dishes.
