When I was working in Singapore, I have this Indonesian coworker, we are very closed like sister, she's a matcha lover. Everytime our employer asked me to make matcha frothy or matcha latte, I always make extra for her. Her job was doing house hold upstairs and mine is cooking and downstairs. So when she's done upstairs I know she's very tired and then I always told her open the fridge I got something for you,then her mood will change if she saw that matcha drink for her. I just remember her when I read your blog. I hope we meet again someday.
