That looks delicious! Sometimes, I also turn our left over foods into something more interesting and appetizing. I guess I’m not the only one having that idea. 😅

For sure there's a lot of us are doing this. In fact I've seen a cooking showdown turning or recreating leftover food into a luscious and fancy dishes. It's on Netflix, an 8episode series "The Best Leftover Ever" Just in case you might be interested to watch it for motivation...heheh
