Missed ko na yang mga palamig Sis. Eversince I am concious of my low carb diet. I just close my eyes with palamig. It is a no no to us because of the sugar content.

The palamig is not so sweet at binabantayin din ng Regional Health Department dahil SA tumataas ng rate NG Diabetes. What you could do is drink water instead of shakes and juices.
