Knicker bocker looks amazing, what a nice cold treat for a hot day. There is a sports team in the USA that was once called the New York Knickerbockers, but now it's been shortened to the New York Knicks. I think the term used to be used to describe capri style pants, funny how it's a dessert in your country too. How is this dessert different than halo-halo?
