Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today in Thailand is Magha Puja Day. Thailand is a country where the majority of the people is Buddhist. And Buddhism is the main national religion too. Magha Puja Day is therefore a Thailand public holiday. So my granddaughter and autistic son don't go to school today. My wife and I have to take care of our autistic son closely. And we can't go anywhere. Although we are buddhists and have religious ceremonies at the temple. So it was another day I living a simple life with my family at home. And my wife also harvested vegetables from the home garden to cook for today. Today she wants harvested only a little amount of some vegetables to use as ingredients for cooking. These are some of the vegetables she harvested for lunch.
Chinese kale

Kale

Edamame

Coriander

Young leaves of pumpkin

Purple eggplant

Gymnema

There were also cherry tomatoes and other vegetables that weren't take photos. These are some of the vegetables she harvested this time.

For lunch today, my wife prepared a simple lunch as usual. The first dish is a simple omelet with minced pork and vegetables.

The second dish is spicy pork and tomato chilli dip in northern thai style (Nam Prik Ong). This chilli dip in northern thai style is eaten with boiled purple eggplant.

The third dish is stir-fried kale with minced pork in oyster sauce.

For dinner, my wife plans to harvest papaya, cherry tomatoes, and green beans to make papaya salad. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
