
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My wife and I want to eat crispy thai pork cakes. In our home garden, we have the vegetables that are the ingredients for this dish. But this time we don't have yardlong bean, because the old yardlong bean plants recently rotted and died. And I just planted yardlong beans again in the home garden. There are many hyacinth beans in the garden right now. This time so my wife changed the ingredient from yardlong beans to hyacinth beans. And change the ingredients from pork to chicken too. And it was the first time my wife made crispy thai cakes using chicken and hyacinth beans.
All vegetables are from our home garden that my wife harvested to use as ingredients for this dish.

Ingredients for crispy thai chicken cakes.
chicken

kaffir lime leaves
egg
red curry paste
oil
pork flavour seasoning powder
sugar

How to make crispy thai chicken cakes : Chop the hyacinth beans, kaffir lime leaves, and basil.

Then all all the vegetables, minced chicken, egg and red curry paste in a container. Season with sugar and pork flavour seasoning powder and mix together.


Then put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. And fry thai chicken cakes until cooked and crispy.

It's finished, crispy thai chicken cakes.
