Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, my wife makes a dish using purple eggplant from our home garden again. There are 6 purple eggplants from 2 plants in our home garden right now, but my wife only picks 4 of them for cooking. This dish is stir-fried spicy purple eggplant with fried fish. She also picks basil from the home garden for cooking this dish. The other ingredients this time we bought them from the market.

Ingredients for stir-fried spicy purple eggplant with fried fish.
- purple eggplants
- fish
- basil
- garlic
- chili peppers
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- oil
- seasoning sauce
- sugar
Ingredients
First cut the purple eggplant. Then put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Fry the cut purple eggplant until it is soft. And place the purple eggplant in a colander.
Cut the fish and fry the cut fish in a pan. Place the fish in another colander.
Then use a pestle and mortar to crush the garlic and chili peppers.
Then put another pan on the stove and add a little oil in the pan. Add the crushed garlic and chili peppers to pan. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Then add the basil to the pan.
And add fried purple eggplant into the pan.
Then add a little water in the pan. Season with soy sauce, sugar and pork flavour seasoning powder. And stir-fry for a while.
Then add the fried fish to the pan and stir. Turn off the stove.
