And it's my and my family's favorite noodle. There are many fried wide rice noodles with pork in thick gravy shops in my district. But there are only a few that we like to eat. And the fried wide rice noodles with pork in thick gravy shops we like is far from our home. My wife cooked it herself many times until me and children thought the fried wide rice noodles with pork in thick gravy she cooked were delicious. The vegetable my wife used as ingredient for the fried wide rice noodles with pork in thick gravy this time. Of course she picked the vegetable from the home garden. The vegetable this time is not kale, but chinese cabbage.

Ingredients for fried wide rice noodles with pork in thick gravy.
- wide rice noodles
- pork
- egg
- chinese cabbage
- tapioca starch
- corn starch
- soybean paste
- seasoning sauce
- sugar
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- water
- black pepper
- black soy sauce
Start by marinating the pork with corn starch, black pepper, sugar, seasoning sauce and eggs. Marinate the pork for about 1 hour.
Cut chinese cabbage.
Then stir-fry the wide noodles with black soy sauce and sugar in the pan. And put in a bowl.
Then put the pot on the stove and add soybean paste in the pot.
Add the marinated pork in the pot and stir-fry pork with soybean paste until the pork is cooked.
Then add water in a pot and boil until the water boils.
Mix tapioca starch with water and stir until together. Then put it in a pot and stir.
Wait until the water in the pot boils again and add the chinese cabbage in the pot. Boil until the chinese cabbage are cooked and turn off the stove.
