Of course I focus on restaurants that are simple, clean, delicious, and inexpensive. And a restaurant in this post is located in San Sai subdistrict, Fang District. it's a roadside restaurant on the main road (Highway 107). This restaurant is called "Pad Thai Hoi Tod Wei Hey".

The menu of this Pad Thai Hoi Tod Wei Hey restaurant is Thai food cooked to order. But I want recommend two dishes from this restaurant, The first dish is crispy fried mussel pancake. Thai people call this dish "Hoi Tod". It's eaten with a dipping sauce, which is chili sauce.
The second dish is Stir-fried noodles with shrimp or dried shrimp and egg. Thai people call this dish "Pad Thai". It's eaten with bean sprouts and vegetable.
When you eat at this restaurant, free drinking water. But this restaurant sells soda too.
This time I ate at this restaurant with my wife. We ate crispy fried mussel pancake (Hoi Tod) and stir-fried noodles with dried shrimp and egg (Pad Thai) with soda. They are two delicious dishes.
