Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post I want to share and recommend another restaurant in Chiang Mai Province. I still focus on simple restaurants in the countryside. And this time it was a local noodle shop in my district. This noodle shop has no name, it's located in my village. And the owner of this noodle shop is people from the village. Even though it's a noodle shop in the village, but my family and I have never eaten noodles from this noodle shop. When we're at home, my wife always cooks for us. That's why we never eat at restaurants near the village. This was the first time my wife and I ate at the restaurant in village and near the village. I saw reviews of the noodle shop in posts and comments on Facebook. Many people say that the noodles from this noodle shop are delicious, cheap, and huge portion. My wife and I decided to try the noodles here.
The highlights of this noodle shop, besides the delicious, cheap, and huge portion of noodles, The atmosphere around the noodle shop is very nice. Even though the noodle shop is located in the owner's home and it was in a village community. But it's on the roadside (rural road ชม 3001). It is surrounded by farms and a small stream. When you order noodles and eat them at this noodle shop. You can sit and enjoy view of the farms by the roadside and small stream. While waiting for noodles. Or you can enjoy these views while eating your noodles and after eating them. The atmosphere is nice and cool.
The vibe in this noodle shop is simple with no decorations. There are tables and chairs makes of marble for sitting and eating. We went to this noodle shop around 11:00 AM. There weren't many people yet. Around noon, many people eat noodles at the noodle shop.
We ordered thin rice noodles with pork meatballs and pork in pork blood soup. And wide rice noodles with pork meatballs and pork in pork blood soup. I recommend this dish. Free drinking water and free more bean sprouts.
