Luffa cylindrical is an easy vegetable to planted. And they are easy to take care too. So I like to planted luffa cylindrical in my home garden. This is the third time I have planted luffa cylindrical in my home garden. I started planting them again about 2 months ago. And they can now be harvested for cooking. I always use a plastic bag to wrap the luffa cylindrical. It is a protection for luffa cylindrical from insects and snails. This time, my wife only wanted one luffa cylindrical to cook stir-fried luffa cylindrical with egg and pork meatballs. This dish is my son's favorite.
Luffa cylindrical in the home garden, they are along the fence on the side of the home. Its size is almost almost as big as my wife's arm.
Ingredients for stir-fried luffa cylindrical with egg and pork meatballs.
- luffa cylindrical
- egg
- pork meatballs
- oil
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- seasoning sauce
- oyster sauce
- water
- garlic
How to cook for stir-fried luffa cylindrical with egg and pork meatballs : First, cut the zucchini.
Put the pan on the stove, then add a little oil and garlic in the pan. Stir-fry for a while and add the luffa cylindrical in the pan.
Then cut the pork meatballs and add them in the pan.
Then add a little water to the pan, stir-fry until the luffa cylindrical and pork meatballs are cooked.
Then add the eggs and oyster sauce in the pan. Stir-fry until eggs.
Season with seasoning sauce and pork flavour seasoning powder. Stir and turn off the stove.
It's finished, stir-fried luffa cylindrical with egg and pork meatballs.
