We not a picky eater with simple food my wife cooks from vegetables in our home garden. My wife always enjoys cooking at home. Because we have many chemical free vegetables in our home garden. For some vegetables, we can eat enough fresh vegetables for this month. We like spicy food, but our granddaughter and autistic son don't like spicy food. Even though my wife cooked the same dish, but she cooked it two, spicy and not spicy dish. This time too, she cooked stir-fried mixed vegetables with minced pork in oyster sauce. For this dish, she used purple eggplant, luffa cylindrical and edamame from the garden as ingredients.

Ingredients for stir-fried mixed vegetables with minced pork in oyster sauce.

How to cook stir-fried mixed vegetables with minced pork in oyster sauce : Mince the pork to make minced pork.

Chop all the vegetables and garlic.


Put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then add the garlic and minced pork in the pan. Stir-fry them until the minced pork is cooked.

Then add all the vegetables in the pan. Add a little water in the pan. And stir-fry until all the vegetables are cooked.

Then add oyster sauce to the pan and stir. Season with pork flavour seasoning powder and stir again. Turn off the heat.

It's finished, stir-fried mixed vegetables with minced pork in oyster sauce.
