This time I would not like to share recipes of my traditional food but I would like to share a tip how to make your menu becomes more delicious.
Have you ever tried peanut sauce? Peanut sauce is one of the sauces that will rise your appetite. It can be applied to vegetables, grilled meat, or grilled fish. I am sure that your recipe of peanut sauce is different from my recipe.
My peanut sauce recipe is very simple. The ingredients are only a garlic, chilies, and a cm of ripen tamarind , a tea spoon of salt , a block of coconut sugar, and fried peanuts.
You need to grind all the ingredients and add with a little water. And your peanut sauce is ready to be paired with all menu?
If you are a vegetarian, peanut sauce is great source of protein. It can be a substitution for protein of animals.
My menu for lunch
Today I made a simple menu with peanut sauce. I wanted to eat some green vegetables. I bought Kangkung or water spinach, yellow ray flower or kenikir or cosmos caudatus. I also picked a vegetable from my garden. Until now, I don't know the name of the vegetable but I often eat it.


Then, I fried some eggs. In Indonesia it was called "Telur Dadar". I don't know what it is in your country.

Time for lunch
This is my lunch. I think it has complete nutrition. There are some vitamins in the vegetables. The eggs and peanuts are source of protein and minerals and white rice is source of carbohydrate.
