First, you should prepare all the ingredients: small radish, a carrot, spring onions, Chinese cabbage, five eggs, broth powder, salt, sugar, pepper, and wheat flour. Having everything ready will make cooking easier and more enjoyable. Let’s get started and make something delicious!
Then, cut the carrot, radish, spring onion, and Chinese cabbage into small pieces. Next, add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chicken broth, and 2 spoons of wheat flour. Pour in 100 ml of water and mix well. Finally, add 5 eggs and stir until fully combined.
How to cook:
Prepare a pastry sheet or thin dough. Heat a little oil in a pan. Place the sheet on the hot oil, take a ladle of the prepared mixture. and spread it on top. Fold the sheet, then fry until golden yellow, flipping occasionally to cook evenly. Take out when it is done.
This stuffed omelette is called martabak telur. You can enjoy it as a snack or serve it with white rice for a more filling meal. Its crispy outside and flavorful filling make it a delicious dish perfect for any time of the day.
