So, I had the idea to cook this sour keu'eng sauce, which we call it here and there is star fruit. In my country, people often cook it because it tastes good, especially parents really like this sauce, it depends on the person, okay, let's go straight to the ingredients.

- Tamarind
Well, here, first I have to wash the ingredients and put them in the blender because I will grind the spices first.
Just wait a few minutes for the spices to be ready to be ground, then I take the anchovies and put them in the pan and add enough salt and immediately pour in the ground spices that I have prepared.
After that, I added enough water and while I was defending the star fruit according to my wishes, I washed it and I also put the star fruit into my cooking sauce.
The broth was already boiling and I had tasted it and it was just right in my mouth. I waited a moment for it to cook further and then I lifted it and served it on the table for my husband.
