On this occasion I will share my cooking recipe, that is, the pumpkin to the water, which I incorporated into the menu for the lunch of my dear family, a typical aceh sauce that is super delicious. Cooking is a pleasure for me because I like to cook, moreover, my children's appetite makes me more excited about the kitchen, a mother will do the best for her family, and today I want to share with you some photos and how to do it. Cook easily and knew well, the water pumpkin I picked up in my own plantation, so I don't need to buy it, I just have to pick it up whenever I want. Well, let's see how I cook a delicious greasy sauce that will increase your appetite.
Ingredients
- Water pumpkin
- Grated coconut
- Purple onion
- Garlic
- Turmeric
- Cayena pepper
- Carambola acid
- Cilantro
First I have to mash the ingredients with a blender, add some water and puree and have to wait a moment until the spices are very soft.
I took a pumpkin of water that had cut to my liking and washed it and put it in the pan I had prepared and sprinkled some salt to penetrate the pumpkin and added the ground spices that it had liquefied before. The pan and filled the pumpkin in one part.
To the grated coconut I add enough water and express it for coconut milk to come out and I cook it in a small container.
After that, I took enough coconut milk and then put it in a saucepan containing pumpkin water and ground spices.
And once all that is done, we put the fire halfway and revolve until the mixture is distributed evenly so that the spices are combined and we wait until the pumpkin is completely cooked and ready. We turn off the fire and serve our beloved family.
This is the result of my water pumpkin cooking that is super rich and cooking is not complicated, easy and fast, water pumpkin if we can cook it, many people like it because they know well for those who like them, but I usually cook with fat. Salsa like this, sometimes simply jump. It depends on the weather, this is my typical Aceh dish and has an unbeatable flavor, you have to try it.
