Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are well wherever you are. On this occasion I will share some photos of my kitchen this afternoon. I was confused about what I wanted to cook this afternoon. In addition, it was a bit vague because I was a bit weak because I was tired of other activities. At home but what can I do? I have to fulfill my duty at home, that is, cook for my dear family. I looked at the refrigerator and turned out that there were vegetables that my husband bought yesterday, so I just want to cook vegetables for our lunch menu. Just see directly to see how I cook easily but uploading my family's tastes.

  • Purple onion

I took the vegetables that I had cut into pieces according to my wishes, I washed them and took enough salt and sprinkled them on the vegetables.

I have crushed them with a blender and pour them in the saucepan that contains the vegetables as you can see here.

When I raised the coconut I added some water so that I was easy to drink coconut milk, I didn't need a lot of coconut milk, enough and strain it.

I already did everything, I just waited a few minutes for my vegetables to be cooked and soft. Coconut milk was enough. After a few minutes I tried it, it turned out that it was at its point and the vegetables were cooked and lunch for my beloved family.

To increase the appetite of my children I also made Chilean sauce because I had already fried tuna, so I only made the sauce of Chile, I put them shay, garlic, red chiles and tomatoes, that's all, I also pureed the ingredients with a blender and poured them into a pan in which I have heated oil.

Chile's sauce oil has begun to leave, which means that my fried chili sauce is cooked and took it at noon and also prepared fried fish.

I put the fried fish in the sauce of Chile and stir it evenly and that is the result of my kitchen today, it is easy but delicious, I get a little tired, but the important thing is that the children are happy and can enjoy it

Cooking vegetables in coconut milk is the most common way to cook vegetables in my region, here in the Philippines. So we really need to grate a lot of coconut to get coconut milk. Good thing is that we have coconut trees all around our house. This is another way of cooking vegetables other than sautéing. The coconut milk has its own health benefits that commercial cooking oil couldn't give.
