And grateful for everything we have now and in the future, where friends always support me, whatever the problem remains a good priority, okay I want to share my recipe in cooking and today I want to cook delicious anchovy let's see how I make it.
ingredients
- Anchovy
- Grated coconut
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Dry chili
- Turmeric
- Sour
Well here I want to do the fine spices first, I smooth it with a blender and I put the ground spices in a pan filled with anchovies that I have given salt, after that I have to take coconut milk from the coconut that I have grates.
I also put the coconut milk into the fish pan and this is already a part of this means that we are ready for us to do, we just cook it, okay I immediately take the pan and put it on the stove and turn on medium heat, put enough oil and fry the onion first until the color to the brown and the fragrance is so appetizing.
After that I also put the fish that I was ready to prepare with a mixture of spices and also coconut milk and I had to wait until it was cooked, anchovy was not too long to cook because it was small and quickly tender so I didn't want the cooking to be not to be the best, so I tried to be the best for my beloved family, and see my dishes were cooked and we were ready to serve on the table.
Well, this is the result of cooking anchovies that are delicious and easy to do, we always try the best for my family knowing the children are very happy if I cook a good menu for them, I continue to learn to be a good mother for them, in the end I have completed my assignment in the field of cooking and I can rest for a while to let go of my fatigue.
