On this occasion, I will tell you a little about my activities in the cooking section, and today I want to make tendons from vegetables that my mother usually makes because they taste good and vegetables are also good for health, so I want to make them at home and this is my husband's request because he really likes vegetables, because coincidentally yesterday I had the chance to go to the garden to play there so I also had the chance to pick vegetables there, papaya flowers, cassava leaves and also long beans in the garden there and today I will make them for my beloved family's lunch menu.
First I have to wash it clean and boil the water until it boils and then I put the vegetables into a pan filled with water, first I have to boil the papaya flowers first because they are harder than the other two, after a few minutes later I also put in the long beans and cassava leaves at the same time and I boiled them until they were really soft.
After a few minutes later the vegetables were soft and I lifted them, I had to wait until the vegetables were cold because they were hard to hold when they were still hot, I mashed them until the water ran out and I cut the leaves and long beans according to my wishes and then I had to put them down first because I still had something to do.
I have to fry granulated sugar and brown sugar until it turns brown as you can see, and the grated coconut has been provided by my husband because I asked him to help me so that my work can be finished faster.
Because the sugar had melted, I added grated coconut and lime leaves to make the aroma more appetizing.
I keep stirring it until the grated coconut becomes soft and smooth as you can see, it is very fragrant. And the grated coconut is cooked and I let it cool for a while after that I pour it into the pan containing the vegetables and I stir until it is evenly distributed and it is very delicious.
And I've stirred it thoroughly and immediately served this vegetable tendon to my beloved husband, who ate it without waiting any longer. It's incredibly delicious and goes perfectly with hot rice. This is how I make delicious vegetable tendon.
