This morning I made a typical Acehnese klepon cake filled with Javanese sugar, it's really delicious for a snack at home

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are fine wherever you are. On this occasion I will show you a picture of a klepon cake, which we call a typical Acehnese cake (boh Rom-rom) that I make at home for my beloved husband,This morning I woke up a little late because last night I was lacking because I had to look after my little son who was sick, so my son wasn't too comfortable to sleep well because my son had canker sores on his tongue which made him unable to sleep, and he was crying. can drink his milk, it's really very sad for me when I see my son like this he just cries and cries, making me cry too, that's why I woke up late this morning.

When I woke up my son also woke up, and I put him to sit, and I cleaned the room with activities as usual, at that time my husband asked me to make klepon cake (boh Rom-rom), and I answered that in a moment I'll make it, after I cleaned up the children first and gave medicine to my son, and bathed him first, after that I made breakfast first because my first son wanted to eat, he said, I just made noodles for breakfast this morning, after that I could do what my husband wanted. Right now, I made klepon cake because I haven't eaten it for a long time, I said, only in the holy month of Ramadan, I often make this because it's for food after breaking the fast, so let's just move on to making it, here I have prepared grated coconut and also palm sugar. I have pureed it because this is for the contents inside the klepon.

And this is the flour for making klepon cake (boh Rom-rom) and I also picked pandan leaves for a prettier color, I cut the panda leaves and ground them using a blender, because I wanted to just take the water, because the green color is more beautiful and makes us tasteful compared to white, that's what I think.

I put the green pandan leaf water into the flour and added a little half-hot water, and I stirred it until everything was evenly mixed.

And here I took a little of the flour from the mixture, and I rounded it up and put the palm sugar filling into it, and rounded it again as you can see.

Heat the water until it boils, and put in the klepon that you made earlier, wait until it melts on top of the water, that's a sign that it can be cooked, because it's cooked.

I lifted everything, and put it on top of the grated coconut which I had added a little salt to make it taste good when we eat it, I covered it with grated coconut, and when this was done the cake could be eaten to your heart's content, it tasted delicious and delicious, I I was happy to make the cake my husband asked for, my husband and children ate a lot, and so did I.
