I hope you are fine wherever you are, okay, okay, here I want to share my cooking recipe this afternoon, namely keu'eng sour sauce which is very easy for us to make and very delicious if you taste it in Aceh very often cook this soup for a meal because of the taste, as a mother I have to do the best for my beloved family, I make delicious food so that my husband and son eat more, so the story goes that afternoon I bought shrimp at a traveling seller because I also I wanted to eat it today because I haven't eaten shrimp for a few days so I bought it
After buying the shrimp I went to my next door neighbor's house which has a star fruit tree and I asked for some star fruit for my cooking today and I immediately picked them and went home straight away cleaned the shrimp and went straight to the nyan stage
Ingredients
- Half a kilo of shrimp
- Star fruit
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Turmeric
- Dried starfruit
- Coriander
- Cayenne pepper
I took just enough shrimp to cook the keu'eng sour sauce and I put it in the pan and added salt to the shrimp and I also put in the star fruit that I had split according to my taste
I left it for a while so that the salt could be felt on the shrimp and I continued to grind the spices for my cooking and I poured it into the pan containing the shrimp
Then I put enough water into the pan and I put it on medium heat
After a few minutes the soup was boiling and I tasted it and it tasted right and the soup was cooked and ready to serve
This is the result of my cooking today which is very easy but the taste is very satisfying
Because I separated the shrimp a little earlier and I wanted to continue frying my first son's favorite shrimp, I continued adding flour and a little water and I fried it and just waited a few minutes and it was ready to be removed
And this fried shrimp using flour is very suitable for lunch for my beloved family. My son was very happy with the fried shrimp. He ate more. He said it was very delicious. Thank you to my husband and also my son who always appreciate my cooking
