        Possibly, it's one of the reasons why they didn't pushed through... I hope a lot of people in your area take this opportunity because aside from the free tuition, sometimes there's allowances given, free ovens or baking tools...you can also invite your friends as well to register ☺️ And let's hope they'll push through next time 🙏
