First, I boiled an egg in hot water and peeled it. Then, I fried the egg in light soybean oil until it was nicely browned.

Then I fried the necessary ingredients including onion, green chili, and garlic in oil. Later, I added the vegetables in two stages. Then, I started cooking the curry by mixing it well.

Then I added a quantity of coriander leaves and let the eggs cook and then mixed them well. Then I added 250 ml of water. Later, after mixing well, I put a lid on the pan.

Finally, keep it on low heat for 15 minutes and mix well again. After five minutes, you will see that our interesting eggs and vegetables are cooked.
