- Especially pumpkins are abundant in our country, Bangladesh. Usually we feel comfortable buying fresh vegetables from the market or from the van.
This particular pumpkin works a lot for digestion. Because when I cook and serve food to my family, I can understand the feeling of eating it. However, this vegetable with fiber, vitamins and potassium improves our health.

Cumin seeds in quantity 🍗 Garam masala in quantity 🥕 Turmeric in quantity. 🍗 Soybean oil in quantity 110 grams 🍗 Carrot 150 grams 🍗 Pumpkin 500 grams 🍗 5/8 pieces green chili, 🍗 Onion 150 grams 🍗 Garlic 2 pieces.
First, I cleaned all the ingredients thoroughly, cut them into nice sizes with a knife, and washed them thoroughly for clean cooking.
Then I peeled the onion, green chili, and garlic and washed them thoroughly with clean water. Then I thinly sliced and chopped them.
I cooked all the onion and chili ingredients and mixed them well. I added a little soybean oil.
Here I have added all the necessary ingredients including salt, cumin, and turmeric in a pan and mixed them well.
Then I lightly beat all the ingredients to make a reddish color. Then I added the carrots and pumpkin to the pan. Again, I mixed all the ingredients well.
This time, after mixing all the necessary ingredients well, I added a light amount of water.
Next, I put the lid on and let it heat for 10 minutes. Then, after mixing again, I let it heat lightly for seven to eight minutes.
Then, opening the lid, we can see that our curry is cooked with these two amazing vegetables. This is today's recipe.
