Although I like to cook occasionally. For some reason, my wife was sick today, so her cooking proved to be a great learning opportunity for me. My today's cooking tutorial is potato and bitter gourd fried. My today's culinary skills through my beloved #aseanhive community will inspire everyone to be creative.

Food is something that we have to eat every day. However, cooking meat is not suitable for me because I have some allergies in my body, the solution of which I have not been able to find out yet. So I love to eat various vegetables with joy and encourage my family to eat them. Especially bitter gourd is very bitter, which many people think. But if you know how beneficial this bitter gourd is for the human body in general, you will definitely love to eat bitter gourd three to four days a week.

The taste of garlic in the curry always makes me feel comfortable eating vegetables. This particular bitter gourd juice contains anti-inflammatory properties which control and reduce the body's cholesterol temperature. Along with this, the antioxidants in bitter gourd juice increase the brightness of the skin and hair. You will surely be interested in eating bitter gourd every day after hearing this message. This particular bitter gourd usually helps in getting rid of skin diseases. This particular bitter gourd juice plays a great role in reducing the weight of the human body. Along with this, bitter gourd juice prevents the formation of new fat cells by burning fat cells. You will surely love to eat this wonderful green vegetable with pleasure.

Green chillies 8/10
bitter gourd 190 grams
Potato 200 grams
Garlic 1 large clove
Onion 3 cloves
Soybean oil 180 grams
Cumin seeds as required
Turmeric as required

First, I cut the bitter gourd into thin slices with a fine toothpick. It is better to cut the bitter gourd thinly as it makes the curry taste better.

Next, I peeled the two potatoes and cut them into nice sized pieces. Then, all the ingredients were washed with clean water.

Here I peeled the onion, green chillies and garlic and cut them into nice sized pieces. Later I washed all the ingredients thoroughly.

Then I washed the pan thoroughly with clean water. Then I added the onion, green chili, and garlic ingredients to the pan.

Here I have added a sufficient amount of oil, especially 180 grams of oil, which makes cooking beautiful and delicious. Eating too much oil is not good for health, but harmful. So I prefer to cook with little oil.

Then I add turmeric, salt, and cumin seeds along with a light dal sugar masala and try to show it by mixing it well.

I mixed all the ingredients well and fried them to a nice and reddish color. I also added the potatoes to the curry and boiled them until they were half cooked with a little water.

Then I added the bitter gourds to the pan and mixed them well again to combine all the ingredients.

Here I have mixed all the ingredients nicely. Later I have mixed all the ingredients including the potatoes again well to blend its flavors.

Then I reduced the heat of the stove, covered it with a lid, and heated it well for 8 to 10 minutes.

Then I opened the lid, mixed it well again, and put the lid back on for five minutes.

Finally, we have all the ingredients ready by arranging all our steps beautifully.
