First, I peeled the onions, green peppers, and garlic well and tried to cook them cleanly.

Then I cleaned the potato skins nicely using a knife.

Afterwards, I washed all the ingredients thoroughly with clean water.

Then, I cut the ingredients, including onion, green chili, and garlic, into nice, thin pieces with a knife.

Next, I cut the tomatoes and potatoes into nice cube sizes.

Then, I added a generous amount of soybean oil to the pan, sautéed the onion, green chili, and garlic ingredients, and mixed them well.

Later, I added salt and turmeric to the pan and again mixed it well to create a wonderful color.

Here I am trying to show you how to fry all the ingredients well first. Then I mix it well with the potatoes and add enough water and cover the potatoes and cook them lightly. Then I let the tomatoes cook.

Then I put the lid back on and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes. When I open the lid, I can see that our cooking is complete.
