After the water was heated, I added 80 grams of sugar. Later, by mixing the sugars well, I made the water colors look great. Then I added 250 grams of rice glue.

Here first I have rounded the dough well. Then I have flattened it slightly and made a beautiful pitha shape with a balloon. Then I have prepared the shape of the pitha using a plastic lid. In this way, I have prepared one after another and kept it on a separate plate. Let us follow the next step.

Next, I took the pitha and added the coconut ingredients in the middle. Then I wrapped the pitha well. Then I pressed it with a fork and completed the preparation of the pitha.

Then I brought a pot of hot water to a boil. Then I used a steel strainer over the boiling water. Then I put my prepared pithas on the strainer. Then I put a lid on it and heated it for seven to eight minutes. Then I opened the lid and I could see that the pithas were cooked. Steaming these puli pithas is really fun to eat. Then from there I kept the pithas aside to cool. Let's follow the final step.
