Hope everyone is well. Today I will enjoy the pleasure of eating pitha with my family in my participation. Especially the month of December is a fruitful month. This month usually a lot of Aman rice is harvested in our Rangpur district of Bangladesh. And farmers benefit from various vegetable businesses as well as agricultural resources. However, currently we are experiencing a mild winter. Farmers and families are happy with the unique arrangement of winter pitha like Aman rice.

Our life is really hard. It is really a difficult task to plant and bring rice home. Through this, the joy of drying some rice and making pitha brings joy even in hardship. I don't know what this pitha is called in your country? But in our Bangladesh, we usually know it as Tel Pitha, Pui Pitha, or Doba Pitha etc.

This pitha is very easy to cook. First take 1 kg of Aman rice flour. Then 300 ml of water. 350 grams of sugar. 2 eggs. Coconut and ghee in small quantities. Mix very well to thicken. If you want, you can add milk here. You will have to struggle a little to eat this delicious pitha.

Then take the right amount of kneaded ingredients in a cup and after heating the soybean oil well, pour the ingredients in the cup on the hot oil. It will puff up nicely on the oil. Gently flip it and a pitha recipe will be ready in 10 to 12 seconds.

Then take the pithas out of the pan and shake them well. Then keep them in a separate bowl and eat the hot and soft oil pithas. It is very delicious. Although I do not have parents in this world, I can still be called an orphan. But I have an aunt and I love to share our joy with them. In the family, I have my wife and children and younger brother and his wife. We all enjoyed the pleasure of eating pithas there.

I hope such a fun joy will spread among everyone. But the biggest thing is that in a world where there are no parents, everything is dark. No one in this world can be like a mother. But the pie eating competition was amazing. But I always give others a chance to win by losing myself. This is my childhood habit.

We are very happy to share the joy of eating oil pitha with our families in front of all of you. Of course, spend some time with your family. Maybe such times may not come back. So today we are presenting Aman Dhan Pitha to all of you. However, we enjoyed the pleasure of taking pictures while eating the pitha. Thank you for your valuable time and cooperation here. Always grateful.
