Hello everyone, how are you, I hope we are all always healthy and well.


Recently I have been reducing my consumption of foods that contain lots of salt, sugar and cooking oil, which means I am on a diet.


I went on a diet because I felt like I had gained a lot of weight, my body felt uncomfortable, my stomach felt full and I couldn't wear a lot of clothes. With the increase in my weight, my thighs, arms and stomach have increased in size. Huuuhhhh….. I feel so dizzy. Ha ha ha



I took the initiative to make my own diet menu at home, the menu I made was vegetable salad. The way to make it is very easy and simple. Below is my version of the diet salad recipe. Enjoy reading, I hope my writing is easy to understand.



My version of a simple salad


Recipe and ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 cabbage leaves
  • 4 sheets of lettuce
  • chicken fillet
  • 1 carrot
  • mayonnaise
  • Chili sauce


How to make


  • Step 1
    Slice all the vegetables

  • Step 2
    Chop garlic and chicken meat

  • Step 3
    Heat the Teflon, then saute the garlic with margarine

  • Step 4
    Add the chicken pieces and ground pepper, stir-fry until the chicken is cooked

  • Step 5
    Heat water in a pan, boil the carrots and cabbage until wilted, then remove from heat

Once all the ingredients are ready the vegetable salad is ready to be served.

You can add chili sauce and mayonnaise according to taste.

I think the recipe I made is very easy and very simple, all the ingredients are also easy to find. For several days I was on a diet, I felt my body felt better and lighter. My stomach is also not too bloated. Hopefully I can be consistent with the diet program that I am running.


Even though this food doesn't taste as good as eating Padang rice, I still have to eat it to get the ideal body I want. Do you have other diet food recipes, please let me know. Who knows, I can make it at home.

Wow, my herbivorous soul is happy to see your homemade salad. BTW, I want to tell you a story, one time I ate a salad topped with pomegranate sauce specifically for salads, it was very tasty and very fresh. At any time, you can try it sometime. It tastes sour but not sour like vinegar.
