"La Jiao Pa Mien" is a dry noodle eaten with chili with a special recipe... The noodles are freshly made every day to be chewy and soft and not rancid... There are both thin noodles and rice vermicelli. These noodles are made from all-purpose wheat flour and eggs as the main ingredients.
