Salad is a type of dish made from various ingredients such as fresh vegetables, fruits, and proteins like chicken, fish, or shrimp. It is often seasoned with dressing or lime juice to enhance the flavor and add freshness.

Salads can include a wide range of ingredients and can be customized to personal preferences, making them a nutritious and versatile meal suitable for any occasion.
Do you like eating salad?...Today, I made a salad to enjoy, customized in my own style using whatever vegetables or proteins I had in the fridge. As for the dressing, I designed it to have a little spiciness, Thai-style.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 bunch of enoki mushrooms
- 4-5 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup of carrot ( sliced)
- 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp of fresh chili ( sliced)
- 1/2 tsp of dried chili powder
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp hot oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
PROCEDURE

The first thing I prepare is boiling the two chicken eggs in boiling water for about 7 minutes. Once done, let them cool and then peel the shells.

While I wait for the eggs to boil, I prepare the vegetables. I wash the enoki mushrooms, carrot and lettuce, then blanch both in boiling water for about 20 seconds. After that, transfer them to cold water and drain well.

Next, I make the dressing. Prepare a mixing bowl and add the chopped garlic, fresh chili, dried chili powder, and toasted white sesame seeds.

Then, pour the hot oil over and mix well. Add the light soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce, and mix everything together again.

Prepare a serving plate. Arrange the blanched lettuce, carrot and enoki mushrooms on the plate.

I will cut the two boiled eggs in half and arrange them beautifully on the plate.

Finally, spoon the dressing over everything, ensuring it's evenly distributed. It's ready to serve.

The flavor of this salad is well rounded and perfectly balanced. The dressing is the heart of the dish, complex and complete, with a hint of saltiness, mild tang, and spiciness, along with a fragrant aroma. The dressing is neither too heavy nor too oily, giving a refreshing sensation.

The blanched enoki mushrooms and lettuce have a mild, natural sweetness that complements the flavor of the dressing perfectly. The boiled eggs add a subtle richness, making the dish satisfying without being overly heavy, and leaving I feeling comfortably full.

This salad is not only delicious but also healthy. Thank you to everyone who stopped by. See you in the next post! ~ BYE 🤗
