Greetings and Good day. Well is rainy day recently over here and so are for today as well. Went to the market for ingredient stock up and cloudy sky appears from no where. Without delay I decided to faster the process of shopping.
Since is mango season over here. There's tones of mango with cheap cheap price you can get. Even with a pack of 20baht shown on the left. But have you seen a purple mango before?
Local shop with only meatball and sausages offers. Variety of it with affordable price. Well it depends on which type you're getting. Here's the alternate choices other than Big C.
Soy milk aka Nam tofu in Thai. One of the oldest stall they sells since I was at the age of 5. Until today still in business. And of course, they offered variety choices of soy milk with customize flavor of your preferences. As you can see from the pic, more than 6 types of flavor you can choose from. You even can mixed up flavor as well.
It was raining when I got home. And during this time I went prepare food for my family before dinner time at 7pm. Well have a guess what's this for? What does it includes inside?
Tadaa, salt coated tilapia fish. And use for grilled with charcoal this time. Also known as grilled fish. Which you can commonly find it in Thailand especially the local market.
After almost 1 hour of grilling, here's the final product. You'll need to remove/peel off the skin before eating it. Only eat the meat not the skin. You can eat it with rice or wrap it at Chinese cabbage whichever your liking is.
