Friends, Happy Monday everyone.
Today started with a nice and beautiful weather, like yesterday with good sun presence and the environment is quite dry. Looking at the nature and environment, it is clear that today will be bright and good. Although nobody wants rain now.
Today with this beautiful nature and environment I will also share with you my favorite and different taste recipes. I love this recipe, but one of the reasons is that I use fresh amaranth, leafless stems, to make almost any recipe because of the taste. But today I used dry fish to make a difference.

Several days ago I went to travel to St. Martin, the only island in our country, and bought these dry fishes by choice. I have already prepared a few recipes with dry fish. And today I made another new recipe with Amaranth, I liked the taste of the recipe very much because of the difference.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Amaranth
- Dry fish
- Onion
- Chilli
- Tomatoes
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-

First I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil, then lightly fry the dry fishes, then add chopped onions and fry them lightly.

Then add all the spices, add ginger garlic paste and then add light water to grind the spices.

Once the masala is ground add Amaranth then tomato slices and mix well.

Then I covered it for some time so that all the ingredients are boiled, after that I removed the lid and added water for the broth.

When the broth thickened, I added raw chillies and after a while I took it out to serve.

Ready to serve my special recipe Amaranth with Dry Fish. Sometimes we should prepare the recipes a little differently to vary the taste.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
