Friends, Happy Saturday everyone.
Today was beautiful and sunny, warm with it. I have already said that everyone likes the days of winter season to be slightly warm and sunny, especially people from rural areas because they need sunny environment for their various activities. And I tried to make use of that opportunity today.
That is, today I made the right use of the beautiful day, I was in the garden from morning and tried to take care of the garden in various ways. It was a really nice feeling for me, especially when I cleaned the ones that had grown quite a lot of weeds, although I spend my free time mostly in the backyard and try to share those feelings with everyone sometimes.
In particular the Malabar spinach plants in my garden were quite old and spreading a bit, tended to them today and cut back the front shoots. Then I collected a lot of Malabar spinach to cook today's lunch. However, I made a delicious recipe by mixing potatoes with Malabar spinach, the visuals of which have also been shared here.
Tried to make a beautiful combination of taste with beautiful days, sometimes such beautiful days make the senses very dizzy. As today my feelings were beautiful and delicious. Also I spent more time on one more thing.
That was a good start to reassigning some of the garden to Amaranth. Actually I started this work only after the rain stopped, digging the soil and making it suitable for planting the seeds. Then planting the seeds and regular watering, which I do correctly as always. Take a look at the results of today's scenes, how beautifully Amaranth seedlings are growing from seeds.
It was a very pleasant sight for me, the great bloom of green on the surrounding ground and the sweet smile of the amaranth trees made me very happy today. Amaranth saplings have become more green and fresh in a beautiful and sunny environment.
To tell the truth, if every effort of ours would be beautiful and successful like this, then maybe such beautiful days of nature would have become more beautiful and pleasant for me. Today was a really nice day and it was very tasty with the warmth.
