Today was a good start for me, as today is our weekend day, Friday. So today I was able to spend a lot of time in my vegetable garden, because at this moment the smile of the wax gourds in my vegetable garden has created a very enchanting atmosphere. So today I spent a lot of time in the wax gourd garden.
A beautiful environment means a beautiful feeling, and a vegetable garden means the beautiful vitality of nature. Since I have a vegetable garden inside my house, I can spend a great deal of time there every day. Today is a holiday so I got a chance to spend more time and then made a great tasting recipe. Today I share with you Rohu Carp Fish Recipe with Potatoes and Beans, which made my holiday even more delicious.

However, the Rohu Carp fish recipe was a bit more flavorful due to the addition of potatoes and beans. To be honest, beans are one of my favorite vegetables, due to technology, it is now possible to cultivate them. And potatoes last twelve months in our country, as our country is one of the top producers of potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Rohu Carp fish
- Beans
- Potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Oil.
Preparation method-



First I cleaned the fish, then seasoned it with mild turmeric powder and salt.



Then I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil, after that I put the fish in it and fried it lightly, took it down again.



After that I lightly fried the chopped onion, then added ginger garlic paste and salt along with all the spices.



Then add light water and grind the masala, then add tomatoes and grind again.



Then I mixed the potatoes and beans with the spices, covered it with a lid for some time, then added water for the broth.




When the broth thickens, I add the fried fish, then add the raw chilies and coriander leaves, then take it out to serve.
