Happy Tuesday everyone, friends.
Today's day started with cold weather, there was quite a cold wind around in the morning. But due to the good presence of the sun and the beautiful heat of the sun, the cold decreases and the warmth increases. I expect such beautiful weather to continue for the rest of the day.
In this last moment of the winter season, the day begins with cold weather but remains warm throughout the rest of the day as the sun has a good presence. However, there were light rains in between. So at this time not much can be said about nature or environment.

Today I will share another local and popular Spinach Bhaji recipe. It is White goosefoot but it is also known as Chenopodium album or 'Bathua' in our region. A very tasty and nutritious spinach, however, it is available only in winter. At other times not much is available. This is why it is more popular among winter spinach.

Recipe Ingredients-
- White goosefoot
- Onions
- Raw chilies
- Garlic
- Coriander leaves
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-

First, I cleaned the spinach well with water, then put them in a pan and put them in the oven, then added raw chilies and onions.

Then I crushed the garlic, then covered it with salt for some time. Covered like this for quite some time to boil quickly.

Then I removed the lid and checked whether the spinach was boiled, after cooking it for some more time, I kept the spinach down.

After that I again heated another pan with oil and fried it with garlic chop. Then add the boiled spinach and mix. After cooking like this for some time, I took it down for serving.

White Goosefoot Spinach Bhaji Recipe is ready to serve. It tastes great with hot rice during midday lunch.
