I want to tell you that the situation of Mangos fruit in Cambodia, there are many of people have been grows the mango trees and have a lot of mangos fruit, but there are not the market to supports the mango farmers and buy its. The people are very complained for the mangos fruit that is very low price and has no anyone to buy its. These problems has no solution government or from others.One day there was one mango farmer has called me to toke a lot of mangos and I has created these mangos fruits to mangos seedling. Step of preparing and processing:
- Ripe mangos
- Clean mangos
- Peal mangos
- Blend the mangoes
- Cook mangos
- Dry mangos on the banana leaves
- Dry mangos until dry for
The first time we take the mango to clean, Peel the ripe mangos grind them finely, and cook them until the water is gone.
After cook it done well we can take it to
dry on banana leaves or in a bowl, placing it thinly.
We hang it until it's dry. It keep for along time for eat.
The Mango Seedling can keep for a long time when we have hang it until it dry dry. It is very sweets and delicious. We can eat with tea at the morning.
