Happy weekend @asean.hive community. Just a little more and it's the vacation of my kids. No more early wake ups! But because @katsuki29 is in college I don't know when her vacation is. She really doesn't want to bother us when she needs to go to school. But because the boat is always needed, I have to take her on the road and bring it back here again.
For our breakfast, I cooked longganisa. Garlic flavor is my most favorite. It's the season of tomatoes so the price is low. Then I brought Ria to school and fetched her at her dismissal time. I was surprised to see her toga picture. If you remember I wrote here on what happened in her pictorial. She cried because the photographer told her to smile. Her teeth were all broken so she didn't want to smile. I was already used to it because last year she was also the same. A mother always understands her child. We are all excited for another graduation of our kiddos. A small achievement always comes with a big dreams.

For lunch I cooked chayote with canned sardines, simple but healthy food.
Ingredients
Garlic
Onion
Tomatoes
Cooking oil
Fish sauce
One cup of water
Seasoning
Canned sardines
Chayote
Procedure
Wash and cut the ingredients needed. Open the canned sardines. Preheat a pan, add cooking oil and saute the garlic onion and tomatoes. Add fish sauce and put the canned sardines mixed well. Add one cup of water, chayote and seasoning. Cover for a minute and mix well, cover for another a minute and your done.

Our 24 hour will never be complete without a beautiful sunset. Ria is contented with our small place outside our house. I'm just happy that our kids understand our situation. And there still manage to smile even life is full of trials.
